The Maserati GranCabrio is a convertible version of GranTurismo S Automatic with canvas roof. The vehicle was unveiled in 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. Production version was set to begin on sale in 2010. The vehicle was built in Viale Ciro Menotti Maserati factory.
Maserati says the GranCabrio is “designed and built for men and women who love to live life in an understated – though sophisticated – manner.” Looks like the Maserati would follow the lead set by Ferrari with its retractable-hardtop California model.
