![]() KIA Cadenza The Kia Cadenza, or Kia K7 in South Korea, is Kia’s new full-size car to replace the Kia Opirus/Amanti. Sales begin as a 2010 model elsewhere, and in the United States and Canada, as a 2011 model. This is a result of Kia entering a new decade and replacing nameplates such as the Spectra with the Forte, Forte Koup and Soul and the Rio by the Venga. The Kia Cadenza was designed by Kia design chief Peter Schreyer, former chief designer at Audi. The Cadenza use the new front wheel drive Type-N platform with MacPherson front suspension and multilink rear suspension. Cadenza will be offered with a new three gasoline engines ranging from 165 horsepower to 290 horsepower for the 3.5 liter Lambda, included the new 2.4 litre Theta II with gasoline direct injection (GDI) and 201 horsepower. ![]()
