2011 Bentley Continental GT

Bentley has unveiled the redesigned 2011 Continental GT.

While it looks virtually identical to the outgoing model, the company assures us every body panel is completely brand-new.

A closer inspection will reveal the creases are more prominent, the beltline is higher, and the side windows are slightly longer. Other differentiators include new taillights, Mulsanne-inspired headlights, and a revised grille.

Power from the twin-turbo W12 is increased from 560 hp to 575 hp and torque is up from 479 lb-ft to 516 lb-ft.

This enables the car to sprint from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.6 seconds, while its top speed is rated at 198 mph (308 km/h). Also, Bentley says a new 4.0-litre V8 unit option will also be available from late 2011.
